Terms of service

1. The service

AsistentiAI provides an artificial-intelligence agent that answers your business's customers, based solely on the knowledge you give us or that is read from your official website. The agent is designed not to invent answers: when it doesn't know something, it flags the conversation and hands it to a person on your team.

2. Plans and limits

• Starter — €100/month, up to 1,000 agent replies per month.
• Professional — €200/month, up to 3,000 agent replies per month.
• Business — €500/month, up to 10,000 agent replies per month.

The unit of every plan is an agent reply (each message the agent sends to a customer), regardless of how many messages a conversation has. Prices exclude VAT. Limits are soft: if you exceed them, no conversation is cut off midway — we notify you and together move to the appropriate plan.

3. Your responsibilities

• The information you give the agent (prices, hours, policies) must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the content you publish to your customers through the agent.
• Using the service for fraud, illegal content or harassment is not allowed.
• If you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, you must also comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and commerce policies, and only reply to customers who have written to you or agreed to be contacted. You can disconnect a channel at any time from the dashboard; the connection tokens are deleted immediately.

4. Limitation of liability

The agent is an assistive tool and can make mistakes. We recommend supervising conversations from the dashboard, especially those marked "Needs you". We are not liable for commercial decisions taken solely on the basis of the agent's answers, nor for indirect losses. The service is provided "as is", with continuous effort towards availability and quality.

5. Data

Your business's knowledge and conversations remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, in line with the privacy policy. On your request, we export or delete them; anyone can also request deletion themselves on the data deletion page.

6. Termination

You can end the cooperation at any time. On termination, we deactivate the agent and, on your request, delete the business's data from the platform.

7. Who provides it and contact

AsistentiAI is operated by Jurgen Bode (sole proprietor, Durrës, Albania); the service contract is with them as the platform operator.
