Do I pay for every colleague who uses the inbox?

No. The price is per business, not per person. Besides the Admin, Starter includes 3 users, Professional 5 and Business 10; Enterprise has unlimited users. Each works with their own role and permissions.
What counts as an agent reply?

Every message the AI agent sends to a customer. Messages your colleagues write themselves don't count.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?

No conversation is ever cut off. Extra replies cost $30 per 1,000; we let you know and, when it makes sense, move you to the right plan together.
Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?

No, and they don't go through us. Since 1 October 2026 Meta charges for WhatsApp replies beyond 1,000 per month per number (the first 1,000 are free). Meta bills these directly to the business, on the card of its own Meta Business Suite account — just like ads. For Instagram, Messenger and the website chat, Meta charges no per-message fee.
